Youth in sixth grade through high school are invited into one of our youth fellowships. For sixth through eighth grade, youth are a part of the Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF). When meeting in person, the JYF and MYF meet weekly on alternating Wednesday nights during the school year for youth group as well as monthly service opportunities in Bridgewater and beyond. We hold fun activities like laser tag and more, and a week long mission project in July.
In 2021, the youth stayed local and completed a week long mission trip in a variety of locations throughout New Jersey. Some of their activities included beach clean up and working with the Maker's Place in Trenton, NJ. During the summer of 2022, the youth participated in the Philadelphia Project where they served in the areas of home repair, street ministry, and Vacation Bible School.
