At times of trial we turn to the Lord for guidance.  Often we need His disciples to aid us in our journey.  Through our team of Stephen Ministers, Pastors, Support Groups and Prayers, we are able to help those who are hurting.

Stephen Ministers

BUMC is a Stephen Ministry congregation.  Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen Series system.

Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.

You are invited to join in on our 30-Minute Morning Prayer Group, Thursdays at 10 a.m.

Gather through Zoom, and be comforted by the scriptures of the Book of Psalm and lift up prayers together.
