Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, our groups are not currently meeting. The information below reflects our regular schedule.

Cherub Choir
The youngest singers of the church are welcome to join the Cherub Choir.  Children ages 3 through first grade meet with Miss Beth every Tuesday  (September through May) at 6:00 pm to learn songs that help them to praise God.  They also learn about rhythm and making their own music.

Lyric Choir
Members of our Lyric Choir are in first through fifth grade, and meet with their director, Mrs. Palermo, every Tuesday (September through May) at 6:00 pm.  They learn songs from a variety of genres that help them to share their love for the Lord.  Members of the Lyric Choir also learn about musical elements such as dynamics, tempo and rhythm.

Little Angels Dance Team
Our Little Angels are in kindergarten through fifth grade, and enjoy dancing to all different types of music. They combine their love of the Lord with their desire to dance and perform beautiful liturgical dances for our congregation. The Little Angels rehearse every Tuesday (September through May) at 5:30, and are directed by our senior pastor, Rev. Jennifer Cho, who also choreographs the dances.

Puppet Ministry
Approximately four times each year, the children are invited to get together to become a puppeteer! They have the opportunity to choose from a variety of puppets, and perform an upbeat praise song for the congregation.

Festive Ringers
Children in 4th grade and up are welcome to join the Festive Ringers bell choir. They meet every Tuesday  (September through May) at 5:30, and are led by Roni Sawin. The Festive Ringers perform for our congregation approximately once a month at our 9:00 am service. No prior experience is required, and the ability to read music is not necessary.

Jubilation Ringers
Youth (7th grade and up) and adults are invited to join the Jubilation Ringers bell choir. They meet every Tuesday (September through May) at 6:30, and are led by Roni Sawin. The Jubilation Ringers perform for our congregation approximately once a month at our 9:00 am service. No prior experience is required, although the ability to read music is helpful.

Wesley Ringers
Our Welsey Ringers Bell Choir is a “by invitation only” group of experienced bell ringers. They play music from a variety of genres and typically perform a Bell Concert in May, in addition to sharing their music with the congregation once each month and on holidays.  The Wesley Ringers rehearse on Thursday evenings (September through May) at 7:00, and are led by Roni Sawin.

Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir at BUMC is comprised of adults who enjoy sharing their love of the Lord through music. This dedicated group of singers, led by the Director of Music Ministires, Matthew Zabiegala, come together to rehearse every Thursday evening (September through May) at 8:00 pm.  They then perform for the congregation from the choir loft every Sunday (September through May) at our 9:00 am Traditional Worship Service.

Foundation Praise Band
The Foundation Praise Brand provides musical leadership during the 10:30 am Contemporary Worship Service each week. They play a variety of uplifting music to inspire each member of the congregation, allowing them to feel the presence of God.  This dedicated group of musicians meets for rehearsal every Wednesday at 7:45 pm and participates in the  Contemporary Worship Service every Sunday, all year round.
